Something about Laura Cruz

She is a bilingual real estate agent, born and raised in Mexico City. She decided to move to San Miguel de Allende in 2018 encouraging and helping his husband in the family business of construction and raising her first kid. Since then, she realized that had kind of a magnet to Real Estate and decided to become an AMPI member in 2020 bringing her Actuarial Degree and love to Data Analytics into the business. She is well organized and very committed to her work without forgetting that she likes to helping others.
​She applies her fascination with numbers by making very realistic value opinions based on the current market and analyzing the Return of Investment in Properties with commercial fines.
